Caption:	1048M was running slowly South of the road below Specimen Ridge. The photo was taken near Boulder.
Notes:	It is difficult at times to tell the difference between 1048M and 996M. While 996 and 1048 both have more black around their eyes and cheeks, 1048M has the greying muzzle and his collar is brown and bulkier. 996M's collar is white on both sides and is the GPS style.
