Caption:	889F with a severe limp takes a break to check me out.
Notes:	A small group of photographers (including myself) were watching several eagles and coyotes pick at an elk carcass at the end of the east side of the canyon entering Lamar Valley. Due to the close proximity, no wolf would venture into sight during the day. 889F happened to stroll down the hillside just as the last person and myself starting walking to our cars-late dusk. She was limping severely and had a damaged front paw. I will never forget the majestic scene and my first wolf up-close in the wild!
